Calendar and official time

As published by the National Interoperability Scheme, the date and time will be synchronised with the Royal Navy Institute and Observatory, pursuant to the provisions on the legal time in Royal Decree 1308/1992 of 23 October, which declares the Laboratory of the Royal Navy Institute and Observatory as the laboratory where the National Standard of Time is held, and as a partner laboratory of the Spanish Metrology Centre and, whenever possible, with the official time at European level.

Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, establishes in its article 31.2 that "the electronic registry of each Administration or Organism will be governed for the purposes of calculating the deadlines, by the official date and time of the electronic headquarters of access, which must have the necessary security measures to guarantee its integrity and be accessible and visible.

Official calendar

Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, in its article 31.3 it establishes that the electronic headquarters of the registry of each Public Administration or Organism, will determine, taking into account the territorial scope in which its holder exercises its powers and the calendar provided for in article 30.7, the days that will be considered unfit for the effects provided in this article.

In compliance with this article it is made available the calendar of non-working days of the Public Administration.
